Come aboard the MannerBoat on Saturday, May 5th!!  Mannerboat will set sail from the dock on Front Street (across from the BB&T Bank) in Beaufort, NC.  We at Barefoot Manner are SO excited that you will be part of this special event.  Everything you need to know about MannerBoat should be included in this welcome letter.  If, however, you still have any questions, feel free to e-mail us at info@barefootmanner.com or call 919-673-4200.

When to come:  MannerBoat will start boarding at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5th and set sail at 9:00 sharp!!  Again, MannerBoat will be docked on Front Street across from the BB&T Bank in Beaufort, NC.  Please do not arrive any earlier than this because the crew will be getting MannerBoat ready for the voyage.  There are several bars to hang out at on Front Street before boarding at 8:00.  If at all possible, PLEASE carpool as parking will be limited.

Where to stay:  MannerBoat will dock at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 6th after a 5 hour tour.  There are hotels within 10 minutes of the dock in Beaufort and in Morehead City.  Prices will vary, so call around.  Local cab companies and hotel info are listed below.

What to bring: 
A smile and a party attitude, Hawaiian gear for the luau theme, cash for the cash bar (wine, mixed drinks, & beer), and some random food for late night munchies.

What not to bring:
No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind. . .MannerBoat is not going to be attacked.
No fireworks. . . We don’t want MannerBoat to blow up.
No pets. . .MannerBoat is for humans only, this means NO dogs.
No Nitrous tanks. . . MannerBoat citizens will be enjoying fresh salt air, not nitrogen.

What to expect: 
The evening on the MannerBoat will look something like this. . .
8:00  Boarding begins
9:00  MannerBoat sets sail.
10:00 Barefoot Manner 1st set
11:15 setbreak
11:45 Barefoot Manner 2nd set
1:00 Dance Party on the MannerBoat!
2:00 MannerBoat returns to the dock.

Food: 
There will be some light snacks available, but you might want to bring some of your own personal favorites. . .

How to get to MannerBoat: 
Below are the directions to the MannerBoat dock.  PLEASE do not give these directions to ANYONE else.  MannerBoat is a private party only for persons with a MannerBoat Boarding Pass, like yourself.  We are not planning on having any MannerBoat Boarding Passes available that night.  If you have a friend that would like to come at the last minute, please call 919-673-4200 and we will see if anything can be worked out.

The easiest way to get to MannerBoat is as follows:

Take US 70 East into Beaufort, NC.
It will turn into Cedar Street.
Take a right onto any of the side streets off Cedar Street towards Front Street.
Once on Front Street, the MannerBoat dock is directly in front of the BB&T bank.
